US Organic Commodity Products, a supplier of organic cocoa and chocolate products in North America, this week announced new certified organic dark and milk chocolate ice cream coatings and inclusions, chocolate chunks and 4000 count chocolate chips.

The company claims that the ice cream coatings can be used for coating of frozen desserts and have the same functionality as conventional ice cream coatings. The organic dark chocolate chunks and 4,000 dark chips can be used in a wide range of baking applications as well as for inclusion in frozen desserts.

The products are certified by Quality Assurance International, the leading organic certification agency in the US, and are certified Kosher dairy.
