Sales for organic vegetables in the U.K. and Northern Ireland are continuing to grow according to a new report published on the organic market in Northern Ireland, commissioned by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The report measured the actual sales of organic foods from a sample of 600 Northern Ireland households last year and concluded vegetables currently form the largest part of the Northern Ireland organic market, with substantial price premiums achieved by most products, particularly vegetables.
