Denomega creates omega-3 foods website

Norwegian omega-3 specialist, Denomega Nutritional Oils, has launched a website designed to assist consumers “in the search for concise and updated information about omega-3”.

 

 

 

 

The website provides information about omega-3 in the functional food area and breaks down information into areas such as research; health benefits; purchasing advice and links to omega-3 related sites.

 

There is also a section devoted to its co-branding partners.

 

“The omega-3 market is complex, even for the informed and health-seeking consumer,” said Jan Haakonsen, Denomega vice president of sales and marketing.

 

“Our goal at Denomega is to make it more simple for consumers to obtain information about omega-3 and at the same time, to assist our partners’ marketing programs by taking part of the responsibility for consumer education in Omega-3 fortified foods. The Omega 360 logo is designed to let consumers know that they are getting the fresh and naturally complete Omega-3 ingredient from Denomega.”
