The product, from Bakers’ Naturally Healthy range, utilises a version of Denomega Nutritional Oils’ Omega-360 ingredient that is tailored to the baking industry, as did its predecessor which targeted the adult market.
“It is great news that the biggest players in the bakery markets now recognize that fortification with EPA and DHA Omega-3 from marine sources provides consumers key health benefits,” said Denomega sales and marketing director, Jan Haakonsen.
Denomega said the bread could be toasted without and fishy smells being released.
