The show will take place from May 9 to 11 at the Geneva Palexpo, Switzerland, and in excess of 350 exhibitors from all over the world are expected - including first-timers are expected Honson Group, Denomega, Aloe Jaumave, ZGNI China, Laserson Fine Chemie, and Health Natural Solution.
Companies from emerging markets will be represented at the pavilion of the Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO), which exists both to aid Swiss importers with sourcing new products and suppliers and to advise visitors on entry into the Swiss and European markets.
Products to be showcased at the Pavilion include:
- Maca, yacon, algea, powdered cat's claw and essential oils from South America;
- Shea butter, griffonia, vocanga, chili powder and paradise seeds (aframonum melequeta) from Ghana;
- Cinnamon oil, noni juice, agarwood, Artemisia extracts, star-anis and shikimic acid from Vietnam; and
- Juniperus, salvia, needle oils, helichrysum and peppermint from the Balkans.
Products selected by SIPPO to be presented on the stand adhere to the principals of sustainability in collection of wild plants, respect for the environment and biodiversity in harvesting.
