Organised by the ICC and endorsed by the International Union of Nutritional Sciences, the Healthgrain project, ILSI Europe, and the American Association of Cereal Chemists, the conference brings the booming area of dietary fibre to centre stage.
Subjects explored during the three day programme include: New trends and developments in prebiotics; fibre and product formulations as well as structure-function relationships; dietary fibre products and functional health benefits.
