To answer the growing needs in healthier foods, Rousselot has developed a new focus, which has been branded “Rousselot® Healthy Choice” (RHC). RHC offer covers two main product categories:
- Rousselot® Gelatine which is an ingredient of choice to make food reduced in fats, sugars, and salts. Thanks to its multiple characteristics, i.e. gelling, whipping, stabilizing, water binding, mouth-feel that mimics fat…, gelatine enables lighter products to be developed, while preserving perception of the original standard product.
- Peptan™ Hydrolyzed Collagen targeting the nutrition, health, nutricosmetic and cosmetic markets : With this product line, Rousselot is targeting the protein nutrition market for sportsmen, bone and joint health, and the skin beauty markets.
All Rousselot manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified and have implemented HACCP programs. Rousselot Gelatines and Peptan™ Hydrolyzed Collagens are fully traceable and meet or exceed most international or local quality, safety and environmental standards.
