The potential uses of proteins and peptides to improve gut health

beginning of Gut Week 2003 in the UK, encouraging people to both
eat healthily and be aware of the symptoms of gut disorders.
Researchers and members of the European food industry working on
the assessment of science backing claims on food, is to focus on
risk of diabetes, diet-related cancers and gut health in its second
year of the project.
