Natural Products Expo Europe opens this week, running from 4-5 June at the RAI Amsterdam.
The show has seen major investment since last year and is aiming to attract a larger number of visitors with its new SupplyExpo - a suppliers exhibition to run alongside the usual Expo Europe event.
Now billing itself as Europe's only business event to cover the entire health and nutrition industry chain, it has also added the EU Compliance Programme, offering information on the regulatory environment supplement and functional food products in Europe. Consulting company EAS will advise exhibitors on the regulatory status of their products and compliance with new EU Directives and national regulations.
There is also a forum on business and export opportunities in natural products for the burgeoning Russian and Central and Eastern European markets with experts in the field as well as some of the leading industry players from Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary to present briefings on regulatory and market trends and opportunities for investment and export potential.
Organisers New Hope have this year added Sports Nutrition and Herbal Product sections to the existing market sectors on vitamins and supplements, bodycare and well-being, functional foods and natural living.
