Swiss firm Caviarlieri makes available supplements made from Sturgeon black caviar that are said to have anti-ageing and inflammatory-reducing properties thanks to its marine peptide and collagen ingredient blend.

Available in oral soft gel capsules, the supplements combine these ingredients along with caviar cellular DNA extracts, elastin plus, coenzyme Q10 and selenium that the firm say provides a boost to energy levels, brain function and skin appearance.

“Cell Regeneration is activated in Caviarlieri," explains Dr Brigitte Bollinger, specialist FMH for dermatology at the Medical Center Bad Ragaz in Switzerland.

"It can produce outstanding results in areas like strengthen the immune system, reduce chronic inflammation significantly, alleviate metabolic syndrome, provide faster recuperation after exercise, enhance sexual performance and many more."

Salmon & haddock DNA extracts

The product uses caviar extracted from a farmed sturgeon supplier in France with the marine peptides primarily made from wild Salmon and Haddock DNA extracts.

Caviarlieri say these fish DNA extracts or marine peptides are not high in mercury as they use double filtration in its extraction and manufacturing process to ensure that the caviar and fish DNA extracts are all free of impurities and harmful heavy metals.

The supplements are also manufactured using Caviarlieri’s Swiss Cold DNA extraction technology ‘Cellularix,’ a technique that allows the supplement’s active ingredients to be kept biologically active during the entire manufacturing process.

The firm adds that the high polymerization of the caviar cellular DNA extract enables it to penetrate into the cells and remain biologically active for multifunctional benefits.

The soft gel capsules are also made of marine peptides which escort the micronutrients across the intestinal barrier into the blood, where the active ingredients can be fully absorbed.

Whilst the encapsulation of caviar as a supplement may be rare, the active ingredient’s potency is backed up by studies that point to its purported benefits such as addressing aged skin and mitochondrial function.

Research looking into the caviar’s effect on brain health are also available as are studies looking into  a fish-egg derived protein gel preparation’s influence on osteoarthritis.

Fulfils all five criteria

“The benefits of the caviar supplement on the skin and hair are obvious, as is the skin by measurement of its collagen thickness,” says Dr Michael Papacharalambous, medical director and owner of the Greek-based preventive medicine and anti-ageing clinic Orthobiotiki.

“In only 3 months of taking this supplement, we found and recorded low inflammation of the joints that led to reduced or no joint pain and lower glucose levels that will help diabetics and non-diabetics. We also found optimal results in blood pressure and better exercise.

“So, as a board member of the European Society of Anti-Aging medicine for nine years, this caviar product fulfils all the five criteria that defines an anti-aging product.”

Researched, developed and made in Switzerland, the supplements are manufactured under licence by Swiss Caps (a USA-FDA approved and inspected facility) with cGMP certification

The product has also received certification and approval by the Swiss Public Health Authority and the German Sport University Cologne as a supplement free of steroids and stimulants.

Caviarlieri’s supplements are now available to order online and from a number of luxury Spas, medical centres and pharmacies throughout Switzerland.
