Bodybuilding.com has evolved over the years, most recently naming Karl Walsh as their CEO. Walsh has been working on a brand overhaul, laser-focused on giving the website a facelift.

“We’ve done quite a bit of research to understand what consumers want from a statistical perspective. I also join customer care calls, and ask consumers myself, as well as having the team pick out consumers from random selection to speak to them and understand what they like about our site and what frustrates them. So we're going deep to understand what this consumer wants and needs and how we can help them,” said Walsh, who detailed some of the changes he is working on, including changing the website platform, improving customer experience as well as expanding the international business.

“And so what we're really talking about today, internally, is how we bring back the magic,” Walsh said.

To hear more about what Walsh has in store for Bodybuilding.com, listen to the NutraCast. You can also catch Walsh at the Sports & Active Nutrition Summit as he shares tips on how to lead  a successful business during these challenging times.
