The vitamin C landscape ‘will not change materially’ with DSM’s acquisition of China-based vitamin C maker, Aland, said an analyst, as the Dutch group announced the finalization of the deal today.
Lonza has confirmed that its planned vitamin B3 production expansion will occur in China, where the firm expects a double digit surge in demand for the ingredient in coming years.
US firm The New Silk Road has formed a manufacturing and marketing
partnership with ServiGlobe International Manufacturing, a contract
manufacturer based in Montreal, for skin and hair care products.
