NutraCast: “biological age” vs. chronological age

Terrain Health’s Dr. Robin Rose, a board-certified specialist in gastroenterology and internal medicine, joined the NutraCast to explain how AgeBio works.
“Our biological age is basically how quickly or slowly our DNA cells and organs are aging, but we can change that. We have all the power in the world to change that. And the way we can do that is by changing the way we live our lives,” said Rose.
She explained that the first thing she looks at is the age of one’s DNA, or biological age. This is followed by a blood panel for next-generation biomarkers that will reveal how the patient is aging, detoxifying and handling stress.
