Chocolates, jams and juices sporting beauty claims are all part of the 'beauty from within' trend tipped for immense growth. CosmeticsDesign explored a number of the latest products and put them to the taste test.

Nica Lewis, Head Consultant, Mintel Beauty Innovation, predicts continued growth in the beauty food and drink market, despite the withdrawal of the Danone beauty yoghurt Essensis from the French market.

Lewis tips on-the-go products such as snack energy bars and juices to be particularly popular.
