On the back of huge interest and too little time in her presentation and following Q&A session at yesterday's Nutritional Lipids and Oils online event, we put some more of your questions to Dr Alex Richardson.

The omega-3 and brain expert, who is Founder Director of UK-based research charity Food and Behaviour Research (FAB Research) and a senior research fellow at Oxford University, presented a wealth of data on the possible links between diet and brain health, mood and behavioural conditions.
