Hey Nathan. Your great coverage missed YASO: sprouted soya beans for food manufacture. HiE Innovation Award winner for Weight and Hunger Management. Chair of judges, Peter Wennstrom, said "YASO provides a unique story with a natural way to increase the nutritional value of food products with a soya ingredient of great taste and a very wide application potential."
