Kriti Chaudhary manages sales, marketing and business development for one of the most experienced contract research organizations in the dietary supplement industry. With a passion for science and innovation, she is the Head of Business Development at Vedic Lifesciences.

Chaudhary got her start in pharma, but eventually decided to pursue nutraceuticals.

“There's not much space for creativity and innovation [in pharma], there's more space for maneuvering in the nutraceutical industry from HMOs, to postbiotics to CBD. There's so much growth potential here and this industry is more fun. Everyone is interested in proprietary science and there's more space to grow. So I really love this industry and I'm very interested in the science here, so that's what made me move from the pharma industry to the nutra/dietary supplement industry,” Chaudhary explained.

Headquartered in Mumbai, India, Chaudhary said the most rewarding part about her job is helping companies from across the globe grow.

“Working together as a research partner with a lot of companies, working on their products, working on the science and helping the companies grow with science. And we have created many award-winning products together, so we love doing that. So I guess a good product backed by a great clinical study would make a successful product in the marketplace and that's what we're here for.”
