SiMoGel: Driving innovation in gummy delivery forms
SiMoGel™ is a specifically designed gelatin to support the hygienic production process that is required to produce gummies with functional or active ingredients. Thanks to Rousselot’s drive to improve consumer experience with gelatin, SiMoGel now has the leading role in a newly introduced delivery form: Gummy caps. With the SiMoGel solution, it is now possible to produce a soft and chewy gummy that encapsulates a liquid fill with active ingredients in the inside.
