We've taken to Instagram to help debunk the nutrition myths circling social media that really ruffle our readers' feathers.

After publishing a number of articles discussing the importance of those in the industry using social media to teach consumers the facts and science behind some of the nutrition nonsense online, NutraIngredients has decided to take on the torch.

We have created a page devoted to shining the spotlight on some of the trendy 'health hacks' that are just a load of hot air.

With our page, simply named 'NutraIngredients', we hope to provide some interesting and easy-to-absorb fact-based knowledge for those seeking inspiration online.

Aiming to make our posts as save and share-worthy as possible, we hope to help experts and everyday consumers to spread some important truths.

As always, we want to hear your opinions on the top issues that need addressing.

Get in touch and let us know what myths next need to take centre stage, by emailing: nikki.hancocks@wrbm.com.
