Eevia Health’s distribution deal expands botanical range to France and Belgium
The agreement, which covers distribution in France and Belgium, began last month and builds on an existing deal already in place with Denk Ingredients that concerns the Eastern European region.

Finland-based Eevia Health’s speciality focuses on Arctic plant extracts that address a number of eye, brain and metabolic health concerns.
The firm’s extracts that include organic bilberry, lingonberry, chaga mushroom, and pine bark are said to thrive in the country’s arctic conditions, even helping to boost purity and nutrient levels.
Investment upgrade
Earlier this year, the firm reopened one of its production facilities after a €1m investment to upgrade equipment, machines, and technology, adding additional green-chemistry production credentials to the facility in Kauhajoki, Finland.
The firm expanded their distribution partnership with Denk Ingredients back in January 2017, adding Hungary, Romania and Slovenia to its distribution network.
These territories add to the existing region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland which Denk Ingredients have already served throughout 2016.
With Natural Functional Ingredients on board the agreement represents another long-term partnership with a trusted manufacturer for the Loire Valley-based distributors.

Natural Functional Ingredients also make available its own range of natural and functional ingredients for the food supplement industry that include mushrooms, plant extracts, probiotics and vitamins.
Just this month, the firm made available its Rhuleave-K product, a combination of plant extracts that is said to relieve pain.
Made with Boswellia, Sesame and Turmeric, the formula works synergistically to provide fast relief from musculoskeletal pain.
