UK blocks toxic fat burner DNP
The UK blocked a shipment of supplements containing 11 mg/kg parts per million of the controversial DNP (2,4-dinitrophenol). The toxic fat burner hit headlines again last month when it was linked to the death of a 21-year-old woman in the UK, who consumed the substance through diet pills bought online.
This latest batch came from the US via the Netherlands.
