Tomorrow’s afternoon session takes a closer look at innovation with Georgie Bruinvels, Research Scientist at Orreco giving her thoughts on the physiological demands of female athletes.

Highlighting individual variations both between and in female athletes, this presentation will discuss Orreco’s approach to working with female athletes and practitioners in this space.

Professor James Morton, Director of Performance Solutions, Science in Sport, is next on the agenda with a presentation entitled, ‘A Science Based Approach to Innovation.’

Morton, also a Professor of Exercise Metabolism at Liverpool John Moores University will explain that in the context of "performance nutrition", innovations in product solutions should align to improving performance.

Nourished uses patented 3D printing technology and a vegan encapsulation formula to combine seven ingredients into one personalised nutrition gummy stack.

The stage is set for big industry names to fill the (virtual) room, and top-level speakers on the stage. With hours to go until the main event kicks off, reserveyour place, and become active in the fastest growing Sports Nutrition community out there!
