The company, which specialises in direct selling of whole foods and nutritional products, said that an across-the-board rise in sales had helped lift revenues to $716,000 in June, a 14 per cent increase over May.

The figures do not include the previously announced acquisition of Vestrio, which is expected to be completed this week.

"We are having a break out year, as we have watched our revenue grow from $368,000 in January 2002 to $716,000 now in June. We expect these numbers to continue to climb in the months ahead, and fully anticipate achieving our previously projected combined revenue for 2002 of $34,500,000 and net profit of $0.12 earnings per share," said Doug Burdick, chief operating officer.

Brain Garden operates throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
