EPAX wins omega-3 sustainability award
Norwegian omega-3 giant EPAX has been recognised for its EcoVision sustainability programme with a Friend of the Sea omega-3 award.
Friends of the Sea gave the award for EPAX’s commitment to sustainable fisheries, its efforts to encourage to do the same, and its efficient manufacturing and distribution systems.
“Receiving this support from Friend of the Sea encourages EPAX to continue building upon our commitment to traceable and accountable fishing practices,” said Thomas Gulbrandsen, EPAX sales and marketing director. “Our EcoVision program ensures that every level of the supply chain is analysed for sustainability and we’re pleased that these efforts are a priority to our customers as well.”
