Mérieux NutriSciences Acquires Total Quality Food Consultants
Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation has acquired Italy-based Total Quality Food Consultants, expanding its global offer for regulatory, scientific and marketing services.
Philippe Sans, CEO of Mérieux NutriSciences stated: “This investment supports our strategy to continue to expand our service offering for the food and non-food industries.”
TQF was founded in 1992 by Giuseppe Patat and following the acquisition Patat will stay on as a consultant to ensure the company’s successful integration.
