Icelandic start-up Crowbar Protein launched its cricket flour protein bar with dates, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds, chocolate due to environmental concerns and “a passion for exotic foods”.

The pair has 19 days left to reach their $15,000 (€14,032) goal, of which they already have$9,045 (€8,481) from 186 backers.
