A new pea protein isolate will be on show at Vitafoods Europe next week.

Roquette will reveal its Nutralys S85 Plus, which it claimed offers novel functional and sensory properties that can satisfy the sports nutrition sector’s growing demand for high protein finished products.

The product will be available as a ready-to-drink protein shake in two flavours: vanilla, and strawberry and banana.

Plant protein

The French company will also showcase its plant protein, soluble fibre and maltitol products at the event, which will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from May 10–11.

Nutralys plant proteins, Nutriose soluble fibre, Glucidex maltodextrins and SweetPearl maltitol will form part of Roquette’s offer.
