Gee Lawson merges with Lehvoss UK

Nutritional ingredients specialty distributor, Gee Lawson, has merged with Lehvoss UK allowing it to enlarge its international market reach effectively.

The company was acquired by Lehmann &Voss &Co (Lehvoss) group in 2015, but this new contract will allow Gee Lawson to operate from the European affiliate network of the group.

Jonathan Shorts, head of Lifescience at Gee Lawson, said: “It is the natural coming together after being bought in August 2015. This work is now complete. Gee Lawson, Division of Lehvoss UK is operating on all the operating systems from accounts to delivering as a member of the Lehvoss group of companies”.

Founded in 1939 in the UK, Gee Lawson is a specialty distributor of chemicals and dyes.

Gee Lawson's core generic ingredients are: vitamins and minerals; plant extracts; marine derived ingredients; organic fruit and vegetable powders; omega-3 and -6; and antioxidants.

The company has grown considerably to become one of the leading nutritional ingredients and chemicals distributors.

The brand name will remain unchanged.
