One week to go! Don’t miss your chance to register for the NI Immunity Webinar
Don’t miss your chance to register for the digital broadcast, where you can hear all about the latest in science, innovation and regulation in the immunity space.
The global team will deliver the webinar, which will explore the role of nutrition in supporting the immune system, at 11:00 CET on Tuesday, 28 June 2022.
Speaker insights
A variety of speakers and panellists are set to share their industry insights, including Ruud Albers, founder and CSO of NutriLeads. In a discussion with NutraIngredients’ Science and Technology Editor Will Chu, he will detail the journey in taking an ingredient from discovery to commercialisation in the face of this new ‘normal’.
Dr Karsten Krüger, Professor of Exercise Physiology and Sports Therapy at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen, Germany, Dr. Justin Green, Director of Scientific Affairs at EpiCor Postbiotic (A Cargill Brand) and Mark Miller, President of Kaiviti Consulting, will be among those taking part in a guest panel which considers post-pandemic immunity, including the impact of botanical-based ingredients and gut microbiome’s role in the immunological response.
As well as joining the expert panel, Lena Leder, Manager Science & Content at Kappa Bisocience, will lead a session on the synergy between K2 and D3 and how the body regulates calcium. The presentation will explore how they act together in the body to reach balanced calcium tissue localisation.
Free to attend
The event follows the success of the first series in 2020 and the Immunity Broadcast Series last year, featuring discussions and presentations with a host of industry experts.
As in previous years, the webinar is completely FREE to attend. However, you must pre-register for each broadcast separately.
Kavitha Sivasubramaniam, Senior Editor at NutraIngredients, says: “There’s only a week to go until our unmissable immunity webinar.
“The topic remains a key one in the industry even two years on from the start of the pandemic, and this broadcast will give people the opportunity to stay on top of the latest developments.
“Join me on 28 June for a chance to hear insights on this pertinent issue from a host of expert speakers.”
