America’s Finest, Sanutra and Nature’s Formulary now fall under the one portfolio. The three specialized brands are united by a philosophy of offering clinically tested Ayurvedic herbs.
“This vertical integration ensures product integrity and empowers us to swiftly deliver high-quality formulations to retail shelves through our trusted brands,” said Shaheen Majeed, global CEO and managing director of Sabinsa.
America’s Finest, known for its ingredient-specific Ayurvedic products, and Sanutra, offering condition-specific formulas with Ayurvedic herbal extracts, have long been legacy brands under Sabinsa.
Nature’s Formulary, the traditional Ayurvedic product line acquired by Sabinsa in early 2025, was established 32 years ago to deliver premium-quality products. It provides tools designed to support customers’ long-term wellness goals, Sabinsa said.
Majeed told NutraIngredients in January that the Nature’s Formulary acquisition represented a significant milestone in Sabinsa’s long-term strategy to strengthen its leadership in the natural products industry and to get high-quality products into stores quickly.
PK Davé, founder of Nature’s Formulary and CEO of Sabinsa Wellness, said Sabinsa’s mission is to offer consumers products that are culturally rooted, clinically supported and transparently produced.
“We believe the Ayurvedic framework has tremendous potential to address today’s most pressing health concerns, especially when backed by the rigorous scientific standards for which Sabinsa is globally recognized,” he added.

Sabinsa capitalizes on over 120 clinically tested Ayurvedic herbal extracts. Consistent with Ayurvedic philosophy, the products focus on mind, body and healthy aging.
The retail offerings come on the heels of another Sabinsa launch. In 2024 the company unveiled postbiotic PoZibio, using a strain found naturally in the human microbiome. The patented innovation was developed by Wake Forest University and is marketed and distributed by Sabinsa for use in a variety of dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, gummies, soft chews, gels and liquids.
