IPC
Founded in 2000 by Alojz Bomba, chief science officer at iProbio in Slovakia, IPC is a key meeting for academia and industry to share advances and insights into microbiome science. In recent years, the event has been led by Alojz’s son, Norbert Bomba, supported by Martin Haranta, CEO of iProbio, and Peter Kürti, member of IPC’s scientific committee.
The event was acquired by William Reed, publishers of NutraIngredients and organizer of the Probiota series of conferences, in 2025.
