Norway ranks four amino acids as “high risk”

The Norwegian Scientific Committee for Food Safety (VKM) has classed four amino acids – histidine, methionine, S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) and tryptophan – as high-risk and linked to problems like nausea, dizziness and increased blood pressure.

Chromadex cements position in NR market with third IP acquisition

Chromadex has announced a licensing deal with Washington University in St. Louis for the worldwide exclusive patent rights related to the recently discovered vitamin nicotinamide riboside (NR). It is Chromadex’s third IP acquisition related to the molecule.
