Omega-3 reduces anti-social behaviour in kids: Long term study
A two-year study published in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry suggested high-dose omega-3 supplementation could reduce anti-social behaviour in children - and alter parent attitudes. It found that six months of daily supplementation of a juice drink containing 1000mg of omega-3 resulted in a 41.6% reduction of parent-rated child externalised behaviour problems for 8-16-year-olds.
