Rezvanipour prioritizes mental health at work by offering flexibility, time off, and weekly mental health checkpoints to make sure her team is doing well both at work and in their personal lives. Alongside the flexibility, she also celebrates "Wellness Wednesday" – so having her on NutraWomen Wednesday was a no-brainer!
“Traditionally in PR, it's a very toxic environment and when I started the company 11 and a half years ago, I made it my mission to create a very different company culture, one in which it's more based around creating a family unit and encouraging one another, and not having that competitive nature within the company. And in doing that, I find that my team not only is happier, but they are also working with each other and encouraging and supporting each other to succeed as well. So that is as an employer, the biggest gift that you can have from your team,” said Rezvanipour.
In addition to her team, the PR guru also takes time for her own health and wellness, including daily meditation or breathwork.
“I mean, the true meaning of being at peace is where nothing affects you at all and you're just in a state of gratitude for being alive and it's the little things that really get you going throughout the day.”
