With a career spanning science, commercialization and executive leadership, Styke blends scientific rigor, commercial insight and people-centered leadership to drive meaningful results. She challenges the idea that success comes from isolated habits—instead, it is built on small, intentional choices that align with strategy.
“My journey has really shown me that growth is not just one big leap, it’s a result of small intentional choices made consistently over time,” she said.
After discovering that collective thinking produces better results than single perspectives, she co-founded B2B Builder, a women-led consulting collective. Through communities like Women in Nutraceuticals (WIN) and the Naturally Proud Network, Styke highlighted how diverse teams reveal blind spots earlier and expand what is possible.
“These communities create visibility, they create confidence and connection in industries where women and LGBTQ+ professionals haven’t always had access to leadership spaces, and representation changes the conversation,” she said. “I just talked about the B2B builder and our model. From a business standpoint, diverse teams make better decisions, and that is what is going to help us grow as an industry—is people coming in from external [perspectives] and opening our eyes to what’s possible.”
While diverse teams strengthen industries, Styke believes real momentum starts when individuals recognize their own expertise.
“I’ve noticed that many women hesitate to call themselves experts simply because no one has handed them that title, but the truth is, if you’re already solving hard problems, then you’re already an expert,” she said. “My simple advice would be to trust your experience, claim your seat at the table and recognize that your point of view is valuable because it’s yours.”
