Agelessness supplement launches take an active approach to longevity

Once confined to fringe wellness fads, the pursuit of longevity and healthy aging has evolved into a broader market that increasingly includes supplements positioned to support physical and mental resilience across an extended lifespan.

While familiar ingredients like NMN, urolithin A and spermidine remain at the heart of many new formulations, the market is rapidly expanding to include senolytics, NAD+ precursors, microbiome modulators, metabolic support proteins and even deer placenta—designed to target everything from zombie cell clearance to mitochondrial enhancement.

Companies are also increasingly leveraging pharmaceutical-grade technologies, proprietary ingredient platforms and deeper clinical research into cellular mechanisms to differentiate their offerings, advancing evolved nutrient delivery systems, longevity stacks and multi-ingredient blends coupled with cross-benefit positioning.

Below a look at some of the recent launches seeking to redefine what it means to age well actively.

Life Extension collaborated with Akay Bioactives to develop a proprietary Bio-Luteolin formula that would deliver superior bioavailability by combining plant flavonoid luteolin with a coating made from galactomannan fibers from fenugreek seeds.

“At the cellular level, luteolin has been shown to maintain cellular homeostasis and help guard against oxidative stress,” said Kristen Dominguez, PhD, a discovery research scientist with Life Extension. “The 20 mg of luteolin in this novel formula equates to up to 280 mg of unformulated luteolin. This increase in bioavailability maximizes potential healthy aging benefits.”

Bio-Luteolin, introduced in January, joined Life Extension’s lineup, which includes NAD+ Cell Regenerator, Optimized Resveratrol Elite, Bioactive Complete B-Complex and Super R-Lipoic Acid.

In June, the company added FlorAssist Probiotic Youthful Gut, a probiotic-postbiotic formulation combining L. rhamnosus IMC 501 and L. paracasei IMC 502 strains.

Asha Jaja-Chimedza, PhD, discovery research manager at Life Extension, said the new probiotic is designed to help “curate” the gut microbiome, enriching health-associated gut bacteria and promoting healthy aging by supporting key biomarkers of the aging process.

“We’re offering an effective way to support crucial aspects of staying healthy and resilient at every age,” she said.

Lonvi Grape Seed Senolytic Complex

Hong Kong-headquartered Lonvi Biosciences made a media splash in November when it said that its new supplement could theoretically extend human life to 150 years based on a rodent study.

The capsules concentrate procyanidin C1 (PCC1), a natural polyphenol found within the procyanidin family isolated from grape seeds, to destroy senescent “zombie” cells (aged and damaged cells that no longer divide but continue to trigger systemic inflammation) while sparing healthy tissue.

“Living to 150 is definitely realistic,” said Lyu Qinghua, chief technology officer at Lonvi, in an interview with The New York Times. “In a few years, this will be the reality.”

The current suggested use is to take three capsules for three consecutive days, preferably after a meal, and repeat this three-day cycle monthly or as directed by a healthcare professional.

IM8’s daily and longevity formulas

David Beckham arrived to the supplement space in late 2024, launching the IM8 Health brand in collaboration with global health sciences company Prenetics. The brand’s first product, the NSF Certified for Sport Daily Ultimate Essentials all-in-one powder, is formulated with a combination of 92 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, superfoods, greens, adaptogens and pre-, pro- and postbiotics to boost energy and recovery.

In October 2025, IM8 added the Daily Ultimate Longevity capsule, designed to target the hallmarks of aging with the help of “a 5-Complex System with therapeutic doses of premium longevity compounds.” Those include an NMN NAD+ Energy Booster (NMN and PQQ), Cellular Foundation Builder (glycine, taurine), Cellular Protection Activator (trans-resveratrol, quercetin, fisetin), Metabolic AMPK/SIRT1 Activator (dihydroberberine, AstaPure astaxanthin) and Cellular Renewal Activator (spermidine) to enhance mitochondrial function and promote autophagy.

Veracity Metabolic Power Protein

Veracity announced the launch of Metabolic Power Protein, a plant-based protein designed to help people build lean, active muscle as the true engine of a healthy metabolism. The powder is enhanced with Nutrition21’s MyoVera, a specialized chromium ingredient designed to optimize amino acid uptake and support muscle protein synthesis.

“Protein is the missing link in most people’s metabolic systems,” said Dr. Gabrielle Francis, chief medical officer at Veracity in a launch announcement. “Metabolic Power Protein was designed to be more than a shake—it’s a true metabolic support tool. By helping the body build active muscle more effectively, it strengthens the foundation of metabolism itself.”

The formula was designed to pass California’s Prop 65 strict regulatory levels for heavy metals and other toxins.

Jupiter Neurosciences Nugevia

In June, clinical-stage pharmaceutical company Jupiter Neurosciences launched its resveratrol-based Nugevia consumer longevity product line in June to create a near-term revenue stream that supports its therapeutic pipeline.

Backed by over eight years of pharmaceutical development, it is powered by Jupiter’s proprietary JOTROL micellar delivery technology, which the company says cracks the code on resveratrol delivery and brings a clinical-grade standard to the nutraceutical space. Nugevia’s first three formulations target mitochondrial support, mental clarity and beauty from within in the growing healthspan and longevity market.

“The launch of Nugevia is the natural next step in translating our science into broad, real-world impact,” Christer Rosén, chairman and CEO of Jupiter Neurosciences, shared in a release following launch. “By building on the same proprietary technology platform that underpins our prescription drug development, we’re delivering a differentiated consumer offering with unmatched bioavailability and scientific credibility.”

Niagen Bioscience Tru Niagen Beauty

Niagen Bioscience—known for its proprietary nicotinamide riboside (NR)—launched Tru Niagen Beauty as a “cellular-first formula designed to support skin elasticity and the appearance of hair, skin and nails.”

“Niagen has changed how the world thinks about cellular health,” said Rob Fried, CEO of Niagen Bioscience. “Our customers do not want trends; they want proof. Tru Niagen Beauty builds on years of trust in Tru Niagen, delivering a daily, stackable product to care for skin, hair, and nails at the cellular level.”

One capsule of Tru Niagen Beauty contains 100 mg of Niagen (nicotinamide riboside), astaxanthin (4 mg), hyaluronic acid (120 mg), grape seed extract (100 mg), biotin (5 mg) and vitamin E (30 mg) to help protect against oxidative stress and support the skin’s natural resilience.

“Healthy, resilient skin starts below the surface,” said dermatologist and Niagen Biosciences advisor Tiffany Libby, MD. “Tru Niagen Beauty represents a new chapter in NAD+ skincare science—supporting the cellular foundation for healthy, radiant skin.”

Momentous Longevity

Human performance company Momentous introduced a longevity formula combining Niagen, NAC, betaine, PureQQ, vitamin C and B vitamins to work together to support cellular energy production, stress protection, cellular repair, system balance and brain health.

“True longevity isn’t just living longer, it’s living better,” said Jeff Byers, co-founder and CEO of Momentous, at launch.

“Longevity represents our commitment to Performance for Life by addressing the foundation of lasting health–your cells. We know that the idea of maintaining cellular health can feel overwhelming, so we’ve formulated one of the most comprehensive supplements on the market with the best emerging science in cellular health.”

Humansa Dual-Box Nutrition Packs

Hong Kong-based longevity center Humansa launched Daily Glow and Daily Vitality Packs, designed to address 14 hallmarks of aging at the cellular level and align with a “Targeted Anti-Aging” positioning.

Daily Glow combines 16 nutrients with four core ingredients—L-ergothioneine, PQQ, astaxanthin and L-carnosine—for skin rejuvenation, while Daily Vitality features 15 ingredients with a core combination of L-ergothioneine, PQQ, milk thistle and maca for high-stress professionals.

“At Humansa, we believe anti-aging is not just about ‘wrinkle reduction’ or ‘nutritional supplements’,” Humansa CEO Don So said at the Sept. 8 launch event.

“It’s a systematic approach built on five pillars: exercise, supplements and medication, sleep, emotional well-being and nutrition. By scientifically identifying individual aging targets, such as low mitochondrial activity or weak liver metabolism, we implement multi-dimensional interventions.”

Nutrafol’s Men 50+

Nutrafol’s Men 50+ is the company’s first launch in the men’s supplement category in a decade. The life-stage-specific formula includes saw palmetto, spermidine, Moldavian dragonhead and a blend of standardized probiotics, antioxidants and vitamins.

“Nutrafol Men 50+ is a natural extension of our long-standing approach to life stage specific hair health,” said Kim Biedermann, chief R&D officer at Nutrafol. “We’ve always known hair health isn’t one-size-fits-all and for men specifically, the data has told us what your hair needs in your 20s is very different from what it needs in your 50s.”

While androgen modulation remains part of the formulation strategy, Biedermann added that the emphasis has shifted toward structural support and cellular health—recognizing that men’s root causes for hair loss change as they mature.

Timeline’s Mitopure Gummies

Swiss consumer biotech company Timeline expanded its offering to include sugar-free, berry-flavored Mitopure gummies, designed to offer the same bioavailability and absorption as previous powder and softgel forms of Mitopure—a postbiotic shown in human trials to stimulate mitophagy. This mitochondrial cleanup and renewal typically declines with age.

“Timeline is intent on making Mitopure—the most clinically researched longevity supplement on the market—available to as many people as possible because of its extraordinary health benefits,” said Chris Rinsch, PhD, co-founder and president of Timeline, in a release.

Clinical studies show improved cellular energy at 28 days, with muscle strength increasing by up to 12% after 16 weeks. Additional clinically backed benefits include supporting the immune system and skin health.

Oxford Healthspan Primeadine GF Powder

Oxford Healthspan previewed its new Primeadine gluten-free powder by serving up a custom Primeadine Longevity Shot at an invite-only celebration at this year’s Grammys.

“Music is a long game,” said Leslie Kenny, founder & CEO of Oxford Healthspan. “Longevity is about supporting the systems that help us perform, recover and thrive year after year.
