Featuring more than 1,600 exhibitors, Vitafoods Europe 2026 is set to bring more than 30,000 delegates to Barcelona next week (May 5–7), making it the largest show to date.

This preview—part two of three—features a brief summary of what will be on display at exhibitors listed from ‘H’ through to ‘P’.

HealthTech Bio Actives: #5A14

At this year’s tradeshow, HTBA is set to launch a new GLP-1 companion ingredient marketed as Leanara. Designed to support muscle mass and energy levels, the ingredient combines proprietary bioflavonoids with a bioavailable vitamin B12 to help GLP-1 users maintain strength and vitality throughout their weight loss journey.

The company also plans to spotlight a number of other innovations, including MecobalActive, a bioidentical, active form of vitamin B12 for cognitive and physical performance, and DiosVein Forte, a micronized flavonoid fraction developed to support vascular health, circulation and leg comfort. Product concept samples including these ingredients will be available at the company’s exhibition stand.

HTBA will also spotlight the market opportunity for its Leanara ingredient during a presentation on Tuesday 5 May, “Beyond weight loss: Protect lean muscle and energy for GLP-1 users,” at 4 p.m. at the New Ingredients Theatre (3D258).

Kaneka: #3B102

As the sole global supplier and pioneer of Ubiquinol (the bioactive form of coenzyme Q10) Kaneka is the sponsor of Vitafoods Europe new Mitochondrial Health category. This year, the company will host a three-day education program: the Kaneka Mitochondrial Innovation Forum as its pavilion in Hall 3B.

Internationally recognized market, scientific, innovation and education experts such as Nick Morgan, David Foreman, Stephanie Berglin, Jeannie Kwa and Yuri Ando will present the latest clinical advancements and innovation opportunities in mitochondrial function. This will take place daily at 11 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Kaneka’s Filip Van Hulle said the new education sessions represent “the natural progression of more than two decades of leadership in evidence-based ingredient innovation.”

Kerry: #3A40

As convenience redefines supplement decisions, Kerry will showcase how it is moving beyond capsules to offer lifestyle-friendly formats such as gummies, powders, dissolvable strips, shots, sprays and stick packs.

Demonstrating its advanced flavour chemistry and taste-masking technology, the company will also demonstrate how it can transform bitter-tasting active ingredients into palatable supplement solutions.

Kerry will highlight a wide variety of solutions for cognition, immune function, gut health, infant health, hormonal balance, and men’s and women’s health.

Lallemand Health Solutions: #3G146

Probiotic manufacturer Lallemand Health Solutions will highlight new research demonstrating that its ‘psychobiotic’, marketed at Cerebiome, may improve cognition in video gamers.

The company will also showcase a range of probiotic solutions for women’s health, immune health and healthy aging. Women’s health will be a particular focus, with the company demonstrating various clinically documented probiotic strains addressing pregnancy, intimate health, digestive comfort and menstruation.

In the healthy aging category, Lallemand will highlight Cerenity, a probiotic solution designed to support mobility, strength and quality of life through modulation of the gut–muscle axis. The company will discuss a recent clinical trial in which Cerenity demonstrated beneficial effects on physical performance and quality of life in aging populations.

Lubrizol: #5B12

Lubrizol will showcase a number of new concepts at this year’s tradeshow, such as a new sugar-free gummy application featuring microencapsulated curcumin, marketed at Curcushine.

The orange and ginger-flavoured pectin gummies deliver 100 mg of Curcushine, with the encapsulation technique enhancing bioavailability and stability, as well as improving overall taste.

The company says the gummy concept reflects a shift toward plant-based and reduced-sugar choice and feeds into consumer demand for science‑backed, beauty‑from‑within solutions that align with clean‑label, plant‑based trends.

MartinBauer Nutraceuticals: #UWA18

Plant-based ingredient manufacturer MartinBauer Nutraceuticals will make its first official market appearance as a newly formed, dedicated nutraceuticals unit at Vitafoods 2026, following the merger of MartinBauer, Finzelberg and MB-Med.

This year, the company will unveil a new branded ingredient, marketed at AnnurtriComplex, which offers a non‑hormonal approach to hair health. Derived from Annurca apples cultivated in the Campania region of southern Italy, the ingredient increases hair keratin content, density and weight through a high concentration of procyanidin B2.

The company says the ingredient’s standardized polyphenol profile supports its science‑led positioning, aligning with demand for clinically substantiated solutions in the nutraceutical market.

Nektium: #UWA10

Spanish ingredients company Nektium will offer booth visitors the chance to sample coffee and other ready-to-drink concepts, featuring its flagship ingredients Rhodiolife (a Rhodiola rosea extract) and Zynamite (mango leaf extract).

The company will present research showing that combined supplementation with Rhodiola rosea and caffeine significantly enhances both explosive power and sustained output, as well as showcasing the formulation versatility of Zynamite, which can be incorporated into various formats such as energy drinks, gummies and powders.

Vanizem, a stress-relieving, sleep-promoting Aframomum melegueta (Grains of Paradise) extract will also be available in capsule format at both the Nektium stand and the New Ingredient Zone.

Nutriearth: #3J154A

Following a positive safety opinion from EFSA, Nutriearth will showcase its bioactive vitamin D3-rich oil, made from mealworm larvae.

Already available in North America and expected to secure European market authorisation soon, Nutriearth says its vitamin D has a 3.3x higher absorption than lanolin-based vitamin D₃, leading to high absorption even at low doses.

Nutriearth will also feature its functional vitamin D powder for food fortification. Marketed as N-utra, the powder is already commercially available across Europe. Visitors to the stand will be able to sample a madeleine cake enriched with natural vitamin D₃ while learning more about the company’s oil and powder formats and their potential across a range of food applications.
