Supplement brands continue to translate cellular-health science into everyday healthspan products, with new launches featuring multi-ingredient stacks that are increasingly positioned within broader healthy aging portfolios as one facet of more sophisticated, longevity platforms.

Products are also turning to traditional sports nutrition aids like creatine, protein and HMB as hero ingredients, reflecting growing recognition of muscle health as the fountain of youth for mobility, metabolic health, independence and long-term physical function.

Meanwhile, ingredients are increasingly being paired with advanced delivery technologies, providing another area of differentiation through solubility, absorption and bioavailability claims in one of the fastest growing categories in supplements.

Below a look at some of the more recent supplement launches designed to act on multiple hallmarks of aging at once—ranging from telomere attrition and mitochondrial dysfunction to cellular senescence, dysbiosis and loss of proteostasis.

The new Creatine+ from Elysium Health (New York, NY) combines creatine monohydrate, HMB and polyphenols standardized to urolithin-A precursors, formulated specifically to address age-related muscle decline, physical function and cognition, which the company identifies as the biological foundations of longevity and strength. The launch reflects the growing recognition that muscle health is one of the most important predictors of long-term health, independence and quality of life.

“Creatine has become one of my favorite supplements for supporting the maintenance of lean body mass, strength and performance as we age, especially when paired with consistent resistance training,” said Dr. Michael Fredericson, co-director of the Stanford Center on Longevity and Elysium Scientific Advisory Board member, who helped develop the formula. “What’s unique about Creatine+ is that it optimizes for two critical components of athletic performance—both output and recovery.”

In May, Elysium announced the launch of The Elysium Longevity Institute (TELI), a science-first, physician-led, comprehensive longevity telehealth program that includes personalized supplement and prescription protocols, peptides and ongoing support to optimize outcomes and provide continuity of care.

Timeline Longevity Gummies

Consumer biotech company Timeline (Lausanne, CH and North Palm Beach, FL) expanded its offering to include sugar-free, berry-flavored Mitopure formulated with the company’s urolithin-A postbiotic.

Instead trying to activate all 12 hallmarks of aging, Mitopure focuses on mitochondrial quality and muscle function by stimulating mitophagy as mitochondrial cleanup and renewal typically declines with age.

“Timeline is intent on making Mitopure—the most clinically researched longevity supplement on the market—available to as many people as possible because of its extraordinary health benefits,” said Chris Rinsch, PhD, co-founder and president of Timeline.

Timeline’s portfolio of clinical studies has shown improved cellular energy at 28 days, with muscle strength increasing by up to 12% after 16 weeks. Additional benefits investigated include supporting the immune system and skin health.

Life Extension Bio-Luteolin

Life Extension (Fort Lauderdale, FL) collaborated with Akay Bioactives to develop a proprietary Bio-Luteolin formula that would deliver superior bioavailability by combining plant flavonoid luteolin with a coating made from galactomannan fibers from fenugreek seeds.

“At the cellular level, luteolin has been shown to maintain cellular homeostasis and help guard against oxidative stress,” said Kristen Dominguez, PhD, a discovery research scientist with Life Extension. “The 20 mg of luteolin in this novel formula equates to up to 280 mg of unformulated luteolin. This increase in bioavailability maximizes potential healthy aging benefits.”

Bio-Luteolin, introduced in January, joined Life Extension’s lineup, which includes NAD+ Cell Regenerator, Optimized Resveratrol Elite, Bioactive Complete B-Complex and Super R-Lipoic Acid.

Last year, the company added FlorAssist Probiotic Youthful Gut, a probiotic-postbiotic formulation combining L. rhamnosus IMC 501 and L. paracasei IMC 502 strains to help “curate” the gut microbiome, enriching health-associated gut bacteria and promoting healthy aging by supporting key biomarkers of the aging process.

Longevity center Humansa (Hong Kong, PRC) launched Daily Glow and Daily Vitality Packs, designed to address 14 hallmarks of aging at the cellular level and align with a “Targeted Anti-Aging” positioning for what Humansa distinguishes as “a new era in precision anti-aging nutrition.”

Daily Glow Packs focuses on skin rejuvenation, combining 16 nutrients with four core ingredients: ergothioneine, PQQ, astaxanthin and carnosine, while Daily Vitality Packs caters to high-stress professionals and men’s health needs, with a core combination of ergothioneine, PQQ, milk thistle and maca among its 15 ingredients. Both products are packaged in daily sachets, with three capsules per pack “for busy urbanites to incorporate cellular-level targeted anti-aging into their daily routines.”

“At Humansa, we believe anti-aging is not just about ‘wrinkle reduction’ or ‘nutritional supplements’,” said Don So, CEO of Humansa.

“It’s a systematic approach built on five pillars: exercise, supplements and medication, sleep, emotional well-being and nutrition. By scientifically identifying individual aging targets, such as low mitochondrial activity or weak liver metabolism, we implement multi-dimensional interventions. The new Dual Anti-Aging Nutrition Packs integrate seamlessly into this system, transforming anti-aging from ‘blind attempts’ to ‘scientifically controlled, targeted actions.’ This is the core mission we have always upheld.”

Longevity brand INSTYTUTUM (Zug, CH) coupled its precision liposomal NMN and trans-resveratrol longevity formula with an at-home saliva test to support NAD⁺ levels, cellular energy, mental clarity, physical performance, metabolic health, overall vitality and beauty from within.

“Longevity has moved from elite clinics into daily life,” said Dr. Natalia Bobok, PhD, founder of INSTYTUTUM. “The future of beauty will not be built around masking visible signs of aging—but around influencing the root causes and reducing biological age at the cellular level. Consumers are no longer asking how to look younger. They are asking how to extend their healthspan—the years of life lived with energy, resilience and vitality.”

Zooki Liposomal NAD+

Zooki (London, UK) entered the cellular health category with a new liposomal NAD+ formulation designed to deliver the coenzyme straight to the small intestine.

“The liposomal encapsulation is the story of this product,” said Sarah Carolides, head of nutrition at Zooki. “Zooki’s ethos has always been about the delivery problem because nutrients are only useful if they actually survive digestion and reach the body intact. Cellular health is arguably the category where delivery matters most.”

Touchstone Essentials Telo-Vital

Developed by longevity researcher Bill Andrews, this telomere-focused longevity product was built around organic botanical ingredients to protect telomeres (the protective caps on chromosomes that keep genetic data from fraying) from shortening, which it identifies as the root cause of aging. Telo-Vital’s Telomerase Activator Blend includes turmeric, pomegranate, Baical skullcap root, hezi fruit, gallnut and black pepper extracts, and the Telomere Antioxidant Blend pairs wheatgrass and blackcurrant extracts.

“People are living longer and want ways to add more life to their years,” said Eddie Stone, founder and CEO of Touchstone Essentials (Raleigh, NC). “Dr. Andrews is the top scientist in the field of telomere research. His discovery of natural telomerase activators is a gamechanger in nutrition science. The introduction of Telo-Vital is a breakthrough that can enable people to live to their fullest potential.”

Veracity Metabolic Power Protein

The new plant-based Metabolic Power Protein from Veracity Health (New York, NY), was designed to help people build lean, active muscle as the true engine of a healthy metabolism. It combines plant protein with Nutrition 21’s Myovera chromium, introduced as a muscle and strength optimizer that helps the body with amino acid uptake and support muscle protein synthesis.

“Protein is the missing link in most people’s metabolic systems,” said Dr. Gabrielle Francis, chief medical officer at Veracity. “Metabolic Power Protein was designed to be more than a shake—it’s a true metabolic support tool. By helping the body build active muscle more effectively, it strengthens the foundation of metabolism itself.”

The formula was designed to pass California’s Prop 65 strict regulatory levels for heavy metals and other toxins.

High Level Science Man and Heart + Body + Mind

Co-founded by musician and actor Ashley Parker Angel (formerly of the boy band O-Town) and interventional cardiologist David G. Rizik, MD, FACC, MSCAI, supplement startup High Level Science (Henderson, NV) introduced two flagship formulas, launched in February to The Drop, GNC’s innovation hub for breakthrough wellness brands.

High Level Heart + Body + Mind, marketed to all aging adults, is a combination of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA), Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and D-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The 12-in-1 High Level Man testosterone support formula blends botanical extracts, adaptogens, vitamins and minerals including ashwagandha, fenugreek, Tongkat ali, zinc, vitamin D3 and DIM with BioPerine to support nutrient absorption.

“As a cardiologist, I’ve seen firsthand how gaps in cardiovascular and metabolic health can impact quality of life long before symptoms show up,” Dr. David Rizik, said. “Heart + Body + Mind and High Level Man are built from clinically studied ingredients and dosages, with the goal of helping people support their heart, brain and hormone health proactively, as part of a daily routine that is simple and sustainable.”

Signals for the broader category

Healthspan is replacing anti-aging as the category’s organizing idea. Brands are shifting away from broad age-reversal language toward functional benefits including energy, strength, cognition, recovery, cellular resilience and quality of life.
Cellular health is where longevity science is increasingly meeting the consumer market. NAD+, NMN, NR, PQQ, CoQ10, resveratrol, spermidine and glutathione coupled with mitochondrial support and oxidative-stress positioning are giving companies a science-led way to talk about aging without making explicit longevity claims.
Muscle preservation is becoming central to the healthspan/longevity conversation. Creatine, protein and HMB are being reframed from sports nutrition tools into healthy-aging ingredients tied to mobility, metabolic health, independence and long-term physical function.
Stacks are becoming the default format. Expanding beyond single-ingredient launches, brands are combining compounds intended to address multiple aging pathways at once, from NAD+ metabolism and mitochondrial renewal to autophagy, senescence, inflammation and cellular protection in both products and ranges, although stack science has yet to catch up.
Personalization and measurement are raising consumer expectations. Biological-age testing, GLP-1-adjacent nutrition and daily sachet or gummy formats suggest the category is becoming more targeted, outcome-oriented and focused on convenience for adherence.
Supplements are becoming one layer in broader longevity platforms. Several launches point to a shift from isolated products toward integrated longevity systems that combine supplements with testing, telehealth, personalization, lifestyle programming and/or clinic-style support.
Delivery and bioavailability are emerging as differentiators. Liposomal formats, enhanced absorption technologies and branded ingredients are helping brands differentiate themselves in a crowded space where many products make similar cellular-health claims.
