With that, the range of products and services on offer have expanded with exciting new health targets and these have underpinned the areas of focus at this year's conference - women's health, cognitive health, life-stages nutrition, and personalised nutrition.

Expert speakers will delve into hormonal cycles, the gut-brain axis, menopause, AI, sarcopenia, botanicals, CBD, and wearables, to name just a few topics of discussion.

Delegates will hear from market analysts and strategists able to explain the key trends shaping consumer demands and the main approaches which are likely to meet the needs of the target market.

Day one will showcase the latest research into women’s specific nutrition requirements, with experts from Holland & Barrett providing their insights into how to better cater for this audience of consumers. They will talk through their new campaigns and merchandising approaches which appeal to the modern shopper.

During the cognitive health pillar of the event, delegates will discover the newest scientific insights into how nutrition can support mind health, and how innovators are tapping into these discoveries.

Dr Harini Venkataraman, associate research director at Lux Research, will give an overview of the key consumer concerns, appealing product formats, ingredients with scientific zest, regulatory challenges, the movers and shakers in this category, and the pitfalls that brand should avoid.

The market analyst will discuss the most appealing and scientifically backed ingredients, with discussion of botanicals and biotics.

Delving into the gut-brain axis in panel discussion format, probiotic experts will discuss the opportunities for microbiome modulating supplements to impact mind health.

Ewa Hudson, Director of Insights at Lumina Intelligence will detail the e-commerce trends and outline the white spaces for innovation, Jonathan Scheiman, CEO at FitBiomics, will discuss the scientific backing to probiotics for sleep, and Sophie Medlin, Head of Nutrition Research at Heights, will discuss the mass consumer interest after recently starring in the mainstream TV show 'Know Your Sh**' in the UK.

Delegates will hear from some of the industry's newest innovators in this space with our 'Startup Stars' panel, which will see our three competition winning startup founders present their business to the room.

During the marketing strategies pillar, co-founders of the influencer marketing consultancy Augmentum Media will unveil the best techniques for gaining huge returns through these mass market channels.

And the experts in food and health branding, the Healthy Marketing Team, will get delegates moving with an interactive session set to inspire the audience with new innovation and communication ideas to take back to their desks.

Joining the final pillar of the conference - personalised nutrition - leading speaker in this space Dr. Mariëtte Abrahams, Founder and CEO at Qina, is set to inspire delegates with a presentation on the latest in nutrition technologies, such as ChatGPT, voice logging and face scanning, and how these are being integrated into brand offerings.

The conference will finish with a panel discussion on the fast pace of change in the personalised nutrition arena and the ethical considerations that need to be made by those innovating in this space.

As part of the many networking opportunities, there will be a roundtable lunch, in which delegates will be able to join a table hosted by an expert on a topic of their choice. This allows attendees to have in-depth conversations with experts and like-minded colleagues.
