Grontvedt Biotech created CETO3, an omega-11 fish oil ingredient positioned for healthy aging, already launched in the EU, Asia and the United States. SRW develops products targeting cellular hallmarks of aging and has shown promising human trial results. It plans next-gen formulations with Insilico Medicine.
A lunchtime session allows delegates to choose from multiple roundtable topics, including, but not limited to: nutrition for epigenetic health, recent clinical studies on NAD+ precursors (NMN, NMNH), the uniqueness of gut microbiomes and why “one-size-fits-all” probiotics are outdated, turning geroscience into next-gen nutrahealth solutions, and botanicals, blood sugar and metabolic health.
“The Ingredients: The State of the Science for the Key Bioactives for Healthspan” session will examine the key bioactives like nicotinamide riboside, urolithin A, NAC and spermidine, and what the science says regarding their impact on aging hallmarks. The session focuses on the female lifecycle, addressing how the supplement industry is responding to changing nutritional needs from adolescence to post-menopause with targeted solutions like biotics, botanicals and proteins.
The Microbiome and Aging session asks: Does aging start in the gut? This major section with presentations from the Institute for Systems Biology, Synbiotic Health, Pepsico, Myota, Novonesis and Wecare Probiotics, will investigate the gut microbiome as a central player in healthy aging, particularly its impacts on immunosenescence and cognition.
A section on gender and social equity presented by Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN) will highlight the growth and impact of the movement across Europe, focusing on fostering collaboration, mentorship and supporting female leadership.
