Snowmelt offers cool solution
Sirio’s new Snowmelt system created a buzz at the show. Showcased as part of the firm’s new Aeion habit-first longevity concepts portfolio, its NAD+ Energy Snowmelt offered an instant dissolve powder to be taken direct-to-mouth (DTM) leaving a cool snow-like feeling on the tongue.
The Aeion NAD+ Energy concept pairs nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) with L-ergothioneine and vitamin C to support mitochondrial function and oxidative resilience for cellular health in a fast.
LifeChews for jelly-like longevity
The CDMO further revealed its CellAge LifeChews to support cellular energy via a new jelly tablet format.

The soft, chewy, plant-based jelly tablets, which come individually sealed in blister packs, introduces a new approach to delivering oil-soluble nutrients. Developed to mimic the natural digestion of food, the chews help lipid-soluble nutrients break down and absorb efficiently in the body.
What’s more, the system can deliver up to 250mg of DHA per jelly tablet, without fishy taste or aftertaste.
FizzyBits target body balance
Also part of the Aeion platform, was Sirio’s new FizzyBits Body Balance concept for metabolic and glucose support offering an instant fizzy tablet, without the need for water.
Powered by BPL1 postbiotic with clinically documented benefits for weight management and metabolic health, this sugar-free format dissolves in the mouth.
Flavorful Bites for every generation
Ourvita showcased a breadth of novel delivery formats at its booth, with one noteworthy innovation being its Menovital Cherry Bites concept – small and tasty cherry-flavor bites with a chocolate-like, silky texture.
The concept, designed to support women’s health during menopause, addresses hormonal balance, vaginal health, and overall wellbeing with a L. Rhamnosus probiotic, maca extract, sage extract, chaste tree extract, plus multiple vitamins and minerals.

Sara Lesina, Ourvita’s chief commercial officer, told NutraIngredients the bites are cold-processed, meaning the firm can develop a range of concepts containing probiotics without concern over the viability of live bacterial strains, or any other heat-sensitive actives.
“Initially this was thought of as a probiotic chocolate concept for children and then we moved from there with solutions to support all of consumers’ key concerns,” she said.
The global CDMO further showcased Probiotic Vanilla Bites to highlight the format’s ability to carry multiple live probiotic strains, plus toffee-flavor Guilt-Free Pleasure Bites, containing the BPL1 postbiotics alongside botanic extracts and vitamins, to support metabolic health.
Lesina told NI the cold-processing method opens many doors for innovation and the firm is excited to experiment with omega-3 formulations.
FizzTec Drops into everyday routine
Providing another solution that’s easy to integrate into daily life, Ourvita further showcased its FizzTec Electrolyte Drop, a small effervescent tablet that dissolves instantly on contact with water, delivering a refreshing burst of essential electrolytes without tablets, sachets, or mess, as well as offering rapid absorption benefits.
Getting whipped into shape
Arla spotlighted a new format concept utilizing its Nutrilac PB-8420 protein whipped into an aerated bar for a light and fluffy protein snack.

With potential to fit the trend for lighter protein options amongst GLP-1 users, the AirBar concept offers opportunity for multiple flavour innovations which appeal to a wide audience of consumers.
Chocolate sticks do the trick
Algamo S.R.O, In collaboration with Lively Drive, showcased a cacao stick supplement designed to ‘combine powerful nutrition with an indulgent taste’. Made with pure cacao, prebiotic chicory root fiber, and Bio Astaxanthin, it supports digestion and cellular health while delivering natural energy and antioxidant protection.
A soft touch for brain health
Disch unveiled its Omega Brain Boost soft chew product combining 348 mg omega-3, plus 250 mg DHA and 50 mg EPA, together with magnesium, zinc and vitamins B6, B12, D3 and C to support brain, immune and energy metabolism functions.
The sugar-free product promises a citrus taste profile without the fishy aftertaste in a consumer-friendly alternative to capsules and liquids.
Smoothie pouches tap longevity trend

Virun Nutra-BioSciences expanded its O3 omega portfolio of ‘omega-3 treats’ with a new longevity formula—a lemon meringue flavor smoothie pouch containing Alzchem LLC Creavitalis Creatine Monohydrate, Helaina Lactoferrin, NAD + and Glutathione.
Designed to be sucked straight from the pouch, added to drinks, or squeezed on top of food, the dessert flavor ‘smoothies’ offer ‘brain food disguised as treats’, according to Sara Fenn, the firm’s CEO.
Gummies with gusto
Gummy innovations were seen across the show floor, with TopGum unveiling its new women’s health focused concepts utilizing TopCap microencapsulation to protect sensitive ingredients and mask metallic notes.
The range used fibre-based matrixes for no-added-sugar formulations and included solutions targeting hormonal balance, urinary tract health, prenatal support, PMS relief, and nausea relief, plus two essential gummies offering iron and high dose magnesium.
Lubrizol unveiled a new gummy concept to highlight the formulation possibilities of its Curcushine microcapsules. Each of the sugar-free pectin gummies delivered 100 mg of Curcushine, flavored with orange and ginger, and sweetened with maltitol and stevia.

And aiming to provide a solution to the stable creatine gummy conundrum, gummy manufacturer Excelsia Labs revealed its new creatine line using “advanced gummy manufacturing technology to ensure consistent potency, stability, and flavor quality”.
“One of the key advantages of our creatine gummies is their exceptional taste profile,” the brand revealed. “Unlike many traditional supplements that can have a bitter or chalky aftertaste, our gummies are developed with carefully balanced natural flavors that make daily supplementation more enjoyable.”
