Since 2018, Cassandra has worked as a journalist and editor in B2B news across multiple industries, starting in masonry construction and architecture before moving to cosmetics and personal care in 2023, and covers regulatory updates, consumer trends, scientific breakthroughs, as well as sustainable practices. In 2025, she received a regional silver award from the ASBPE for her work in video journalism. Additionally, she serves as a judge for various industry awards, as a panel moderator for the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit, and as a host for editorial webinars. She has a BA in English from Loyola University Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cycling, and gardening.
