DRINKmaple, a water from the maple tree, is to launch onto the UK market.
The health drink contains over 46 nutrients and less than a teaspoon of sugar in each bottle.
DRINKmaple, is claimed to be one of America’s leading brands and is launching with the slogan ‘amazing water doesn’t grow on trees it grows in them’.
“The main aim of the marketing campaign is to encourage trial through education,” said Alicia Cooper, DRINKmaple UK & Europe branch manager.
“The majority of people in the UK think ‘syrup’ when they hear ‘maple’ and our objective is to show them that maple water is something altogether very different.”
DRINKmaple is part of the ‘tree water market’ (which includes maple water, alongside birch water, cactus water and watermelon water) which was recently predicted to be worth an estimated $2bn by 2025.
Global maple water sales are predicted to hit $994M by 2020, the company said.
